Description

Update the minimum versions used by the samples to the latest stable releases:

  • PyTorch: torch>=2.14.1
  • TensorFlow: tensorflow>=2.21.0
  • Pillow: pillow>=13.0.0

Keep inline script dependencies and README versions aligned, and update the Windows PyTorch installation example to use CUDA 13.0 wheels.

Validation

  • 73 sample-runner and headless configuration checks passed.
  • Parsed all 56 sample requirements files and verified the three updated inline dependency blocks match their requirements files.
  • Resolved the three affected third-party dependency sets at the proposed minimum versions for Python 3.11 on Linux; also verified the Windows CUDA-enabled PyTorch wheel.
  • Applicable pre-commit hooks, documentation-link checks, and git diff --check passed.

GPU sample execution was not run because GPU access is unavailable in this environment.

and Pillow 13.0.0. Apply the Pillow floor to the Matplotlib sample,
and synchronize inline dependency metadata and documentation.

samples: remove indirect Pillow requirement from isoFdModelling

Keep the sample requirements limited to direct dependencies. Matplotlib
already installs Pillow for its optional wavefield display.
